For 20 years, I was the secret weapon at medical giants like Toshiba.
I wasn't just a suit; I was "the guy" - the design expert sent into top hospitals - UCSF, UMMS, Mass General, MD Anderson - to diagnose the pain points of
rockstar physicians.
Using cutting-edge science and algorithms, I designed medical imaging tools that revolutionized healthcare. I proposed new products with profit potential, with executives betting millions on my ideas. My designs, from heart disease visualization to stroke diagnosis, have transformed how doctors see the invisible, impacting 200 million patients annually. Maybe even you, if you've ever had a CT scan.
Now, I'm unleashing that same renegade insight on the financial maze. When I see a multi-trillion dollar industry forming in the blink of an eye, you better believe I'm all in. But unlocking this potential requires strategic process and persistence.

After completing my MBA in Finance, I spent years in banking, seeing the system from the inside. As a financial advisor in the Private Wealth division at Merrill - the world's premier wealth manager - I built a $15 million book from scratch, working with ultra-high networth clients.
This insider perspective revealed the truth: the entire financial system is built on centralization. Advisors, myself included, weren't truly independent. Our role was to funnel funds to distant portfolio managers who made the real decisions – a structure I knew could be better..
As an Outsider
My path led to establishing Kirk+Co, a boutique investment firm dedicated to uncovering overlooked opportunities in small businesses. I've successfully guided a spin-off of an oil-gas producer and counseled a fitness conglomerate during its acquisition of a food distributor. My leadership raised a $300mm public bond offering for innovator NN Ball.
During the pandemic, I saw potential in decentralized finance that Wall Street missed completely. As CEO for Midstream Enterprises, a natural gas Bitcoin mining operation, I gained hands-on insight into ledger technology and DeFi years before mainstream finance. Now these technologies will be mainstream finance.
My experience has granted me a superpower – the ability to see money from angles that make traditional bankers' heads spin.

Beyond my professional ventures, I cherish family life with my wife Samantha and daughter Scarlett. I'm also active in Nashville's vibrant live music scene as a keyboardist. I see a lot of parallels between finance and music. Music has taught me that sometimes, you need to push the boundaries to create something beautiful.
My Mission
I'm here to seize the greatest wealth shift of our lifetime. When Wall Street called Bitcoin worthless in 2020, I was already CEO of a Bitcoin mining operation, positioned years ahead of them.
